Scope: Entirely blue/green screen production with matte-painted sets provided. Work included spacecraft interiors, space battles, and environmental effects. Integrated actors into spaceship windows, added thruster flares, glows, explosions, and navigated complex multi-pass composited sequences over planets and nebulae.

Solution: Built multi-pass composited sequences to seamlessly place live-action performances within 3D space environments. Incorporated matte-painted backgrounds while maintaining proper perspective, lighting, and interactive glows from thrusters and explosions. Enhanced spatial depth and realism through careful layering and pass-specific adjustments for beauty, specular, and shadow channels.

Outcome: Delivered immersive, award-winning VFX sequences recognized by the Academy of Web Television. Shots maintained cinematic realism and supported narrative tension in fully digital environments.
